Haven't posted on here for some time hope all are well and training and racing meeting expectations!!
I have had niggling calf tears over the last 5 months and feels like one step forward one step back but I am now half way through my 4th week and things holding together starting to feel stronger and more importantly faster day by day managed 10X400m (60 sec recovery) all 68-70 secs!! so pleased
Planned first race since November, 5 mile road on 4th April!! not expecting too much just a bench mark race
I have now moved well into my 48th year since my last post
great run rob
without going back in posts whats a typical weeks mileage/runs you do and how do you find your body manages with the training.
myself personally started doing a few more miles 6 months back, try to get in 60 to 75 per week. seem to cope ok myself and tend to run how i feel although try to make it a point to train easier the day before a harder session even if i feel good and want to push on a bit.
great time sb
what relays was that
