Due to an attack of sciatica Ive just defered my London entry.
Over the last 4 years Ive run a spring and Autumn marathon each year plus a couple of Ultras. Best mara 3.48. Have decided to drop back to 10k/HM this year.
Read loads of training prog but am considering keeping 1 long run a month (up to 20) to keep some endurance. Any views welcome
