5k PB: 23:28
So... I'm 14 and I started running in January. Within 3 months I had went from running 1 mile to being able to do 10k without stopping. However, I slowly decreased training within a month to none at all. I need your help to make a training plan that can get me back into running because I would like to run a 5mile mile race at the end of December in around 36:30..
