CJBA - that is committment beyond the call of duty.  I expect I'll be using all my limbs towards the end of the Grizzly.

Don't think I'm going to make 3,000 squats - that would be 180 a day from now until end of month.  I should make 2,400 and will try to round it up to 2,500.  I'm only 4 mins off the planks target off 1.5 hours.  I should definitely make that one.

What do people recommend for a good daily total of press-ups for a weedy-armed person like me trying to improve?
