I'm looking for some advice on a good training plan to improve my 10k time. I did the Madrid marathon last Sunday (my first one) in 3h52min and have already booked the Windsor half and Amsterdam mara for September/ October. In a meantime I would like to concentrate on bringing my 10k time from 47:40 to 45-46min. I had a look at the 10k plans available on this website but can't find anything tailored to the time that I want to achieve.
Any advice would be much appreciated!
