Having started running recently and with autumn here, I am looking to join a club for a bit of 'discipline' and company - any suitable clubs in the Hertford/Ware/Bengeo region??

How about Ware Joggers (http://www.warejoggers.co.uk/). I'm told they're friendly and good for beginners.
