I used to be able to run 10km in 48 minutes, and a half in 1 hr 48 mins.....

Now I am very unfit, if i practice how long will it take before I get back to my original form.

It all depends on many factors.
You haven't really given us anything to go on.

How old are you ?

How long ago was this ?

How unfit are you ? How much extra weight are you carrying ?

How fast can you run a 10k now ?

Soooo many questions !

Isn't this the one who always asked the weird questions about time? "what is a good time for a fast 10k?" What is a fast time for a half marathon for a woman?" and the same question asked in a slightly different way two days later

Yes I think you may be correct. All too vague for my liking.

It's as long as you want it to be

02/07/2013 at 15:27

Thank you, I'm so glad I asked

How long would you want it to be? In an ideal world

02/07/2013 at 19:26

Oh the longer the better, naturally.

Td43 never replied with any details so I'll take a guess,
4 months 17 days 12 hours 51 mins.

It's as likely to be right as any other guess Millsy
