Thanks Blisters, I appreciate your support as am feeling a bit low at just how much fitness has flown out of that window. Also want to say I also appreciate how you hate resting from running. I was so low when i first had to stop running. I hid it as best as I could, but the truth is I was miserable. So sending you a big hug and I really really hope that you won't be off for long.

Windsurfin Susie, of course I then had to type in my time! 1 metre! Not happy! <<wail, wail>> I'm SOOOOOOO unfit!

(((Scooby)))

Sorry!

You have something to aim at now though. It could be worse - 30secs slower and it's a PD of 0m!

SiT - tough having over 40 on the track for the 10k - congrats on the win - great feeling.

Go - RFJ!

Susie - you are so controlled - don't think I could ever enter a race and hold back.

M - all sounds good - hope it happens soon - good luck to you both.

So Very Tired - you've a lot on your plate at the moment - just take it quietly.

Snaps - I'd love to be running Copenhagen - when it gets hard near the end - just think NZC would like to be with you.

Sporta - hang in there - you've qualified - all you need to do is get yourself better.

Good luck Clink with the 10k - you've done the speed work - just relax and put it together.

Holly & Mava - good luck with your halves and Tiger with the 10k. Just take it quietly Mava - you haven't been feeling too great lately.

D.D. - I can't remember - it is a marathon you are tapering for isn't it?

Scooby - it was always going to be hard - well done.

Mike - 18.28 - don't beat yourself up - pretty good I think for V45 with on-going injuries.

AJH - listen to hubby.

Matthew - good running.

Hilly & BR - solid training.
