Why: Haven't done one since September last yearand need to test my progress.

Weather: windy and about 8 degrees

Result: 18:51 new pb came 4th

What next short term: sub 18:30 then sub 18:00 Get rid of niggle in the hip Get comfortably up to 40mpw

What next long term: 17:00 BOOM! before im 45yo Smoke a sub 40min 10k which the figures say I can do.

Pammie - still running really consistently, can't be easy with your funny shifts.

LMH - Now i try not to stress about it. I know which days which can cause problems to do a decent session in if i can i do if not i'll do a short easy run. Today i thought i might have trouble  but had no problems getting out the door. Save the decent sessions on my time off. Not ideal but you have to work with what you have

Always toyed with the idea of a 14 day schedule, which i may have to look at when i add more quality work

DesRes Enjoy Liverpool. Next week might be less race on Friday so will be less mileage up till then and have one all nighter to do but come Thursday 11 nights off
