No milk today, my love has gone away
Not sure what that has to do with the price of eggs but I have it stuck in my head!
Why: it's what I do on Saturdays
Very windy out there today.
(Agh, didn't realise the lyrics went in the description bit, sorry!)
No worries emzap - you'll know for next time. Hope you have a good parkrun.
Hope all is ok Stickless.
What: long turbo.Why: weather.Last hard: 22/1Last rest: 31/1
Lyrics - no.
Why: Haven't done one since September last yearand need to test my progress.
Weather: windy and about 8 degrees
Result: 18:51 new pb came 4th
What next short term: sub 18:30 then sub 18:00 Get rid of niggle in the hip Get comfortably up to 40mpw

Very windy parkrun, 25:54. Not my best but my 3rd fastest time.
Why is all this spamming going on?
Gobi: good you've got a date.
Windy and wet here today.
emzap - Its annoying isn't it. I reckon 3rd best is still good. Well done
Stephen Hello 40 mins 10k looks do able based on the 5k time
Good news about the date
What 6 milesWhy BaseLast Hard Today was a bit heavy leggedLyrics: Yep. Easy today
Yesterdays lyrics In the midnight hour Wilson Picket. Revived in the film The Commitments in the 90s
Des - I can sense your excitement from here. Enjoy the sleepover.
Gobi - a bit longer than you'd like to wait I'm sure but good to have a date.
Pammie - still running really consistently, can't be easy with your funny shifts.
LMH - Now i try not to stress about it. I know which days which can cause problems to do a decent session in if i can i do if not i'll do a short easy run. Today i thought i might have trouble but had no problems getting out the door. Save the decent sessions on my time off. Not ideal but you have to work with what you have
Always toyed with the idea of a 14 day schedule, which i may have to look at when i add more quality work
DesRes Enjoy Liverpool. Next week might be less race on Friday so will be less mileage up till then and have one all nighter to do but come Thursday 11 nights off
What: nowtWhy: a couple of hours drive does not suit my achilles
Wabo: hope you arrived safely and jet-lag free.
Emzap: lyrics, yes (your lyric setting reminds me of one of my first attempts where I inadvertedly managed to put both the title and the artist on the thread...try again tomorrow! ) And a good parkrun!
Desres: Liverpool sounds very good!
Stephen: welcome...stick around! Niceparkrun.
Stickless: hope your mother settles in well...not an easy time.
Pammie: sensible approach there!
