Had a good 81 minute run today as I had respite for my son - hopefully 9 miles

Yesterday could not go out - nobody else to have him

Decided to do some skipping, sit ups etc.

What do others do when you can leave the house

I bought a treadmill and cross trainer! If I can't go out running then I can stay in and run!

What - didely squat
Why - was going out for 40 min easy with a few strides but got up late and went to work. I had the kids tonight and the treadmill is folded away for the summer.
Last hard - Thurs
last rest - Fri, 2 days off!

Hi Pam,

It sounds like your training is going well.

I am hoping to do th Amsterdam 1/2M in October and maybe New Forest before that.

Good night Pam.

Well done Hilly on your long run, nice feeling to know that the legs can still push out those extra miles, as my last two weekends of 18 mile runs were the longest since marathon in february, due to injury.

Well done to Big Tim on the organising of the races today, must be a lot of hard work!

Managed to fit in a quick 4k run with 2km running at speeds 18-19kph on the treadmill, just under the 7:30 for 2km.

Enjoy the long sunday runs all!
