Strengthening Legs

Hi,

I seem to have rather weak lower legs as I struggle to be injury free.

Once I get to a stage where I feel that I can push a little harder, the legs aren't ready for it.

Does anyone have a at home strength training regime for running?

The only equipment I have is a foam roller.
