I've not got my chip time yet, but clocked the garmin at 1:13:41. Didn't feel tired untill the last mile or so. Very pleased with the result, felt I could of ran stronger but didn't wanna stray from the pacing to much.

Sub 70 next!

Tried the Hill sessions today that Moraghan described on the previous page.

Can already see the benefit, I ran these concentrating on mid-foot landing, head held tall and a high knee. Really twigged in my head how my form should be on the flat. Defiantly going to incorporate into my training, maybe not as a dedicated session but on a hill route, using the hills to practice my form.
