I'm hoping to break 1hr 40 (and a bit more) for a half in early April. My previous (and only) attempt at the distance was 1:40:34. I've been using the Furman Run Less Run Faster plan. It's actually a 16 week plan but I came in on week 13. I'm happy with it and feel I'm making progress.
