No running today, due to foot injury. Have to pay my respects though, so I'm going to put cushioning insoles in my parade boots to ease the pain of marching to the war memorial.
What: 2 miles of squadded marching in boots, to and from the war memorial.
Why:
They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old;
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.
Last hard: Today, but not physically.
Last rest: Yesterday.
