Have asked Santa for a good dose of 'being sensible'- ness LOL! 

Am wimping out this spring but am planning a marathon in the autumn which then doesn't clash with the xcs but am really looking forward to seeing how you build the park runs in - that'd be perfect!

I found that Podcast really informative and has helped me re-adjust my training plan to a more realistic target.
