Neil - enjoyed your blog - am doing something similair myself - great motivation.
Same here - I kept reading so many great running blogs, I became inspired to start my own! It's tons of fun and definitely serves as constant motivation to keep up my training. It's also a good excuse to regularly educate myself about the sport and related areas so I can share that with my readers, in addition to my own personal experiences.
and me and me!
I'll show you mine if you show me yours!
Me and my bro are doing 2011miles in 2011, and blogging at 2011miles.com
It's an awesome way of keeping in touch and up to date with each other. It's also great getting feedback from "readers"....
Really like you and Jules blog David. Is there a counter to show how many miles you've each completed? I couldn't see one on there.
I'm a blogger on sport psychology and coaching for endurance athletes (http://stuartholliday.blogspot.com). Check in for tips on motivation, coping strategies, mental toughness and more as you increase your mileage!
i've written my experiences of running on my blog:
