Same here - I kept reading so many great running blogs, I became inspired to start my own! It's tons of fun and definitely serves as constant motivation to keep up my training. It's also a good excuse to regularly educate myself about the sport and related areas so I can share that with my readers, in addition to my own personal experiences.

Really like you and Jules blog David. Is there a counter to show how many miles you've each completed? I couldn't see one on there.

I used to run every day - Until I have a knee injury it put abit of a sit back for me but you have to come to terms with things in life. But I can walk still so that is ok. I am grateful for that.
