I LOVE banana oatmeal - always have it before long runs and races, or just to warm up on a chilly morning! Another great way to eat it is to get a ripe banana, mash it with a fork, and then add to the oatmeal as it's cooking, along with cinnamon, honey and chopped walnuts. Delicious, even if you take away the milk (as I often do pre-race, if I am feeling especially nervous)!
