I love to see you run the Marathon des Sables.  Now I like a challenge but I would have to give that a hot marathon a miss.

6 Days running 151 miles in the Sahara Desert in Morocco the runners take their own food and drink and their sleeping bag with them  Many runners drop out of the race!

I know what the marathon des sables is. I have no desire whatsoever to be an ultrarunner, double/triple ironman etc There are plenty of people who achieve this stuff and im confident they dont do it to get a pat on the back from me!

I apologize for not being overly wooed  by an olympic rower
