I have just read another message about the
Edinburgh Marathon. I am seriously considering it but so far the races I have had are a couple of 10Ks and a 5k. I run a couple of times a week. Any tips for how my training should change to prep for a marathon

Your training needs to change so that it becomes a lifestyle.

The Sunday 20 milers are ace, but be prepared to experience the "saggy arse shuffle" and don't make appointments for Sunday afternoons.

I followed schedules from after reading his book.
