I did. For a little over 56.5 miles. I am now eating everything that doesn't move quickly enough.

Today a bit tired only 5 hours sleep went on my short couse (2.48 miles might use it as a time trial) end of June ran it in 24:09 decided to have a go and see if i can beat it. But halfway round headwind so thought i might not. One of them runs finished in 23:27

Managed the 10 this morning with few issues. Will now have to think about tempo runs again.
Has been a great day at the Olynpics though feel sorry for the cycling girls.
