What: 6 Miles Steady
Why: Marathon Schedule says so, and need to prepare for the new years eve party.

Last hard: Saturday
Last Rest: Sunday.

Have a good one long legs.
Think of me when youre out- I have possib;y torn calf muscle and done nought for 5 days.
Maybe tomorrow if feels ok and hangover no too bad.........
