Training Plan

Hi

 I will start a training plan in December for the London Marathon, and will be using Hal Higdons Intermediate 2 schedule, however the runs during the week are a lot less than I am doing now ( 25 miles a week) I assume that doing the smaller runs during the week then building to longer ones at weekends is the thing to do.... any advice welcome..
