Trying to get faster

I have been running for around three years and have steadily built up a good base of endurance fitness. I've joined a club and this has spurred on my training and improved my times. I do around 35-40 miles a week. I do one long slow run (10-13 miles) one fastish run with the club and one interval session at the gym as well as other steady paced runs. What else should I build in to improve my times?

Hi James,
Long reps at current 10km pace (eg 5 x mile with 90s rest) is a good session for any sort of distance running (you didn't mention whether you're targetting marathon or 100m!).
