Ran without using the hr alarm on the garmin so there was a lot less cursing than previous efforts. Did manage to keep the hr between 140 and 145 just by keeping an eye on the watch, so a relatively successfull session.

New running shoes arrived, but stuck in post office. Will hopefully get them tomorrow
Nutrition indeed! No bugs today thankfully..... although my training today was... one single 100m race.
It was the school sports day and I was taking part in the 4 x 100m relay against the leavers and the gap students. I was on leg 3. At the first changeover, we dropped the batton - muppets! - so by the time they reached me, we were last and that is where we stayed! That's the second year in a row!!!
It says a lot that all it took to completely exhaust me today was my 100m leg. I went to train afterwards but my legs decided not to work so I went home to drink Irn Bru and eat sugary sweets instead - a much more fun pastime! lol
Sounds like it was needed donaldo.
Yes please emzap.
Sorry to hear about your colleague Pammie.
