The last few days, indeed the last week, has seen progress in putting bricks into the wall of recovery: today it feels as if the mortar is loose, at the very least. Very painful and can't work out why as I did very little yesterday: the physio only had me do my normal sort of stretches for the camera. Anyway, ice on, and pain may subside in the next couple of hours.
