hmm, dunno what happened to the rest of my post?back on HR, mine use dto go up beyond 160 in fairly short order (RHR ~40), but to keep to 70-75% effort, invariably had to slow to a walk. My hour on the bike turned into a run with Grace as although it's topped raining the roads are still rather wet and I have the opportunity to ride tomorrow morning - when I hope it will be drier.
