Hi folks, sticking to singles for the moment and i'm wanting to slot in some core workouts. What the general feeling about wether it should be done pre or post run? It'll only be done on easy days.... so 3 times a week.
Pro's and con's or any gen on the subject please.
Weights / circuits / conditioning post run on quality days not easy days.
Core whenever you want, but preferably post run unless it's activation exercise.
