So I haven't been running long distances for very long so I don't really know what I'm talking about. I ran a 10k for the first time 2 months ago in around 43 minutes kind of randomly. I ran it again today in 40 minutes. Is that a good time for a 13 year old girl? Also how much could I improve over a year if I trained long x3 a week with additional track practices?
With my professional hat on, may I say that your choice of picture is not appropriate for a 13 year old girl.
I can see where this is going to go. Where's flob??!
Are you based in usa judging by time of post.
Yes its an exceptionally good time. So good its almost certainly incorrect.
(backs straight out of thread)
Well, if you are genuine, the first person you should be talking to is your phys ed teacher, not a random bunch of strangers on the internet.
Do we have another Samir Haddad (2) thread in the making ??
