Where can I get a Bleep Test cassette/CD? - Training

Hi All.

I'm trying to get hold of a cassette or CD for the bleep test. Does anyone know where I can get hold of one, or alternatively have one that I can borrow?

Any help appreciated.

I know that a lot of gyms/fitness centre's have this test available and they would be able to help you with locating a copy.

My school PE dept has a copy so I'll get details on Manday for you and post Mon. eve. on the forum. Ill also see if I can copy it then could pop in the post to you.
