I started out the year wanting to drop my 10k pb time of 36.28. Was not successful getting 37.30. Equally managed a 1.25 half marathon but not a pb
I am able to look back over the last 3 years (something tells me i am not the only one?!) and have averaged 22,21 and 21.5 miles a week average.
So my aim for 2005 is to remain injury free, ave 30 miles a week plus, and then beat my 10k pb - and assuming a good first half of the year attempt a sub 60 minute 10 miler, something that has been occupying my thoughts for nigh on 15 years, would be nice to crack it eventually.
