Just had phone call from the Travelodge - the seem to have sprung a leak and a lot of their rooms have flooded, so have offered to upgrade me to the Hilton but they're not sure if I can keep my bike in the room .........

As the travelodge is just round the corner from the venue, why don't we have a beer at 6:30 at the hilton, then get a taxi over to the travelodge and have a beer with Cat at 7 then go to the venue

Feeling quite snotty, so all forms of exercise binned until after Saturday. Recovery is key. I was feeling quite ill at the lats xmas bash, so want to enjoy this one.

I think i have space for one more in the cwr if anyone needs a lift from Temple Meads to swim champs. Not sure yet whast time i'll be leaving TM, probably 2pm so a chance to go rummage in the Tri shop while I'm waiting

Anyone have any experience of Re-Cycled in Redcliffe? I'm looking for a cheap hack for nipoing around Bristol and don't fancy bringing any of my nice bikes down
