Question: Who has the signs & flags??

I'm assuming we will be wanting to put them on display! Fter all we need to have something there to keep the Coach occupied while the rest of us get on with the work!!

Think you've answered your own question Sis, Barlos I think has all the gear.

ok, will be my first time on a feed station, is there anything I need to bring apart from myself?

Food, water for yourself, sun cream, well tuned voice box for "Arrrggghhhhing" and a sense of humour!

special needs bags we put out in race number order last year so it's easy for you to find, and yes bananas are cut in half

30/06/2013 at 16:20

EP - last year the special needs was with the PSOF feed station (but don't know where it is this year).

I put all the bags in numerical order on the ground after the Feed Station.  Luckily for me, I had Major Disaster turn up and he oversaw the Special Needs for me and was able to find the bags and hand them over.

That's not to say it will be with PSOF Feed this year or that it will operate in the same way

the info pack says it is giving me an excuse to stop for hugs!

I'm thinking on the 2nd trip I may stash some extra percy pigs there! I also have gels decanted into a bottle so may leave a small bottle there too.

yes the special needs is at the pirate one...I wish it was at the one at 63 instead of at 80 odd miles and 16 as 16 is yoo early and 80 too late.........never mind I will also have a bottle of gels there ready to pour into my bike bottle........hopefully the table will be in the shade

If there are any questions you have please post them here.

We'll do a wrap up post next Wed/Thu to confirm final details, info from OSB and answer questions.

Red Dog Chris - Barlos has said he will pop in towards the end of the week and confirm details such as where to meet, arrival times etc etc.

My poor son can't help any more - he fell over (on grass??) and has broken his leg in two places  bless him ...

I reckon he might still wanna had me a banana at some point, though, even if I have to stop to take from him in sitting down.

Still, he'll probably still be faster than me on crutches down the finish chute!
