If Mrs Matt could be persuaded to help out, would there be an option for her to watch me swim, then help out whilst i was on teh bike and be finished in time to shout abuse at me while I run/walk/crawl to the end?

7755Matt - of course, but it helps if this is known at outset. As I said in an earlier post, we need a quorum of people to help set up the feed station, then more hands on deck as the cyclists are actually on the route

I have provisional permission providing nothing family wise crops up i would be up for the big swim can someone please stick me on the list if i am there more than happy to give Jo and Jordy and anyone else who can fit in a lift

Spent most of last years swim drafting you (didnt see the swan tho) so i had better do some training if i want to win any smackdown

Last year they had 3 distances 1.5k, 3k and 5k, if your going to have a smack down it really should be the 5k
