Seeing as I can no longer run ultras or marathons due to my titanium hip prosthetic I think this is more appropriate?

OC - I do not ride wolves! But bikes are ok once I am allowed to bend more than 80 degrees.

I am doing fine, 2nd week of 3 in a rehab clinic and everything is going good. As of yesterday I am allowed to swim whenever I like unless of course I have a scheduled therapy. Am getting massage, hot packs, joint manipulation, walking, and weight room workouts, busy all day. Must only put half weight on the operated leg,

Glad to hear you're doing well BIW! What's next then if you can't run Ultras?

(And I've had a little name change too. )

Well, the old one had been reported to trades descriptions, SE (sorry, TE).

Next will likely be a half IM, TE but it all depends on how things shape up - not allowed to get back on my bike until mid-August and no running until December. I want to do Vichy, will have to go for HIM now not IM as I have been told not to run marathons. Well, I already have 45 under my belt so do not really need to do any more!

Thanks Seren, it does, but I am by nature optimistic anyway, which is probably half the battle. Had water gymnastics and swimming this morning, that was good, off now to joint manipulation.

Good luck for the rehab exercises.

Where do I sign   If it wasn't for the fact I'm sure it did hurt it sounds like a health farm.

Glad you're healing fast BIW, see you soon!

I only had pain on the day of the op and even that was moderate, not bad at all. Will be there in a week!
