due to relying on the wrong person im after someone or a couple of people to run all or part of the last 46 miles of the SDW100 course. the post code is RH20 4AP and finishing at eastbourne. You dont need to be fast as i will have done 54 miles by then but i am looking at doing the the 100 within 24 hours so i should be at the 54 mile mark at around 5 or 6 pm on the 15th. It will obviously involve running through the night until about 6am and you will need to carry enough food to be self sufficient (although i could grab you a load of stuff from the aid station theoretically) A sense of humour maybe advantageous

as much as you want really - no pacers allowed before mile 54 so the max you can do is 46 but the minimum is really about 25/30 miles as thats where im going to be going beyond my longest run of 70 miles - im officailly shitty it now

i also found out you wont need to carry all your food - which is a bonus

if you can walk it slowly i may be able to keep up.

if you join at the wind mills it says to be on track for a sub 24 hour time i should arrive there at 21:30 so it works out at 17 minute miles but theres 7 aid stations after that so really 15 minute miling - it really is walking pace but i know you are quicker than that
