looks like they have decided to keep the newer harder bike course. i'm pleased as it will be easier to compare times and I loved watching the fast ones go past in the other direction. got to see all the pirates

If it is anything like last year, people have loads of time to enter.

But don't leave it too long, just look what happened with the Vit this year

I know that hotels are for poncy wimps like me but the White Hart or Lion or whatever it is, is already fully booked for that weekend.

I'm so anal for getting accommodation already.

There is a camp site very close, take earplugs and pitch strategically.

Colourin - there are three main campsites in Bala, all of which are fairly good, not sure which one was the pirate camp tho
