Basic half IM training schedule I can geek up in excel?

I've decided to do a half IM in June next year and am looking for a basic plan. Could anyone save me hours of geeking around with an excel document and triathlon websites by providing me with a ready to go template?  I'm not taking it particularly seriously, but need some kind of weekly target or I'll just do nothing. I have a marathon to do in April as well.. I'm kind of hoping to coast in to the half IM on marathon fitness, with a bit of extra cycling. Doable?

Thanks for the interest in my training spreadsheet

I have had 6 people asking for copies but three of these are anonymous.  I don't have any problems giving anyone a copy of this document, but it would be nice to know the forum name of the people I am giving it to.

So if you would like a copy, please feel free to email me at the address above but please let me know your forum name.

Cheers all

just emailed you asking for a copy Schmunkee,

I did a spreadsheet a few weeks ago that I have been using but feel it needs improvement.

Honk - I have mailed you my spreadsheet

To anyone else - what I have is not a training schedule:it's a training log, albeit (judging from recent comments) a "truly awesome" one
