well woke up this morning and its more than just cold - theres ice on the ground and basically i lost my bottle. visions of coming flying off my bike on an icy corner.

so i'm going for a run instead.

couldn't be more p***d off if i tried.

Don't blame you - riding a bike in these conditions is no fun, I wouldn't go out in a bunch in this as I don't think my handling skills are really up to it either. Also at the transition you'd need to be putting lots of clothing on for the bike which would be a painl

Has anyone used a wind resistance turbo trainer?

Is it any good for a beginner?

Much warmer ride today, but only did 10 miles as I'd run 15 before.

I think I need some minor adjustments as I'm still feeling a bit of tension between my shoulder blades when riding.

They are noisy and not much fun but they do the job if you enjoy torturing yourself.
