Size of tyre, what you pump in, and why?

Looks like a great deal on the Corsa tyres, do they have similar puncture resistance on Conti GP4000s which I have been eyeing up?

On a slight tangent, does anyone use light weight or latex tubes with race wheels/tyres? Do they make any difference to speed, comfort, puncture resistance? Basically are they worth the extra couple of quid?

I use latex tubes on my zipps... Apparently makes the ride a bit softer... I would say its marginal, certainly adds no speed... And you have too check the pressures as it will go down 20+ psi in a day!

Avoid those ones too narrow - the 23mm 320 tpi are about £28-£29 I think.

Definite thumbs up for latex tubes - not saying I can feel a difference but they test a bit better I think and for a few quid why not - plus they look pro when you fix a puncture and you can patch them like normal tubes too.

St they're for race day only. Minimum protection. Pops are they 19S? I want a 19 for the front.

Tubs tuffo pro s33 not really a race tub but does for me. Max 175psi I go about 150 as that's all I can manage even when using a track pump.

175psi. Lordy. That's sure going to go bang if it ever punctures surely!
