Britains Hardest - Sky One 9PM tonight, unfortunatly I don't have sky but i would love to see this show
It has some seriously fit guys on the show - including the champion cross trainer Hywel Davies (kicks arse over Lee Rankin in all the events they do together, infact I think he's unbeaten in 5 years)
Anyway watch and inform please guys!
