There's also a recall out from Cervelo for the Wolf Superlite carbon fork, danger of cracking. Lots of the PC3 bikes have it.

Doesnt look like my fork but will have a proper look tonight.

Recall Details

"If the fork steerer is damaged by impact (eg. by a crash, a fall from a roof rack, or another impact) then the damage may progress very quickly during use to complete separation."

Thats gonna hurt...

No probs for me or the roofracks. My forks arent mass produced. A froggie dude lovingly crafted them by hand or something.

Had to take mine (on an R3) into a Cervelo dealer yesterday for a replacement. Shop has to send the cut off steerer back to Madison before getting a replacement 3T. With all the to and fro doesent look like I will get the bike back until sometime next week. Just as long as it doesent drag out as doing my first tri on the 21st Sept and 56 road miles on a full suss MTB isnt my idea of fun...
Doubt if well ever know but be interesting to find out how many of the steerers sent back had issues with them.
