Oh cool - see you there.

As in cool to see you, not cool to be DQ'ed!

Not done a road duathlon before so feeling a bit of a novice, but as I am local this will be on my local routes.

I'm in. I had planned all my summer training all towards this event, but had a serious attack of CNBA in september so now just looking to get round.

Maybe I'll be competetive next year

It's the wrong end of the season to be too competitive!

Forgot to say....

Happy birthday PSC!

Thanks for organising Liz. Next year, prehaps we could cancel the swim? And maybe the water station should include St Bernards serving Brandy!

thanks Keir.... good to meet up!  What a brilliant way to spend an autumn morning.

Liz - well done to you and your team - a really well put together event.  The kids were brilliant too on the drinks stations.  A huge thank you to everyone involved.  See you next year.
