the weather is looking better for this weekend (fingers crossed), so who is up for the pikanik/bbq then? I have a couple of disposable bbq's and will be bringing sausages, burgers and a hungry family!

Hanneke has forgotten to enter and she was trying to get hold of the race organiser to see if she can sort something out.

Do you have a phone number or email him that I could pass on to Han?

The organiser called back after I left a message on a mobile I found trawling the internet... apparently it is full and has been for some time

I've not had a race pack either - I was thinking about that this morning. There is no indication on the website of times etc. This is really cutting it a bit fine!

Registration is usually in the foyer of the swimming pool, remember where we met last year? It's a good idea to get there early because parking is not so hot around there, dunno what time would be early though. They usually do the children and young people first, then the women, then the men.

Sue - doesn't look good. What if we just grab a bar meal if its not picnic weather?

 Hope you are okay Hanneke.

See you all soon.

morning

Hann, according to the NPT website (that's not playing at the moment), the women's event starts around 10.30ish, so 9.30 would be plenty early enough if they are asking you to register an hour before.  Let's hope the race packs arrive in time eh?

The race pack has been sent out by email, if you have not had a copy  email me
