I like the idea of doing a triathlon, but as an asthmatic there's no way I could do the outdoor swimming as that's one of my 'triggers' (and I'm a poor swimmer anyway!). So duathlon bike/run races would seem more realistic, but there doesn't appear to be a lot of information around about them. Can anybody suggest a good source of info about them for beginners??
