I'm on the look out for a run/bike/run or similar in leinster during the first 5 months of the year.myself and several workmates are looking for a challenge !!

run on over to www.triathlonireland.com

There are duathlons in the pheonix park on Jan 25th, Feb 22th and and Mar 25th, all part of the Stoneman series of races.

There are a few more run by, I think, Belpark tri club, in the phoneix park in April, May and June. There is generally one a month.
