325 lumens http://www.exposurelights.com/product/000079/joystick-mk.6/
for £165

or 1300 lumens http://www.lightmalls.com/ultrafire-501b-cree-xml-u2-1300-lumen-5-mode-led-flashlight-1-18650 for under £20 ?

For riding - I'd go the cheaper option.

Not run with one on my head but with the money you save you could buy an alpkit gamma ? Unless you run really fast that would be enough ?

+1 with Cougs

Exposure lights are great (we use one on the bike bars in winter) but for running you'll do as well, if not better, with a headtorch. The joysticks are designed for bar or helmet use, not for a headband, and are frigging expensive for what they offer.

go with the Gamma or a Petzl Tikka or Zipka

when i googled this a while back a few reviews said the exposure would partially blind you from one side if used as a headtorch.

i got the alpkit gamma as recommended on here. it's excellent. £12 (at the time) and comes with batteries too.

if you do want to go down the joystick router you can pick up a joystick mk4 from ebay for £90 at the moment.
