Hey, is it my fault you actually listen to what I say??? Afterall, you've met me!!

Is there a race tracker for Edinburgh so we can keep an eye on you from the comfort of the Lounge Bar??

GL on Sunday Gas.

Talking about how much you swet in this ridiculous heat, when I used to run in work at lunch times, I used to get back after the run, wait 15 minutes to cool down, have a cold shower,  and carry on sweating for another 2 hours, then have some chilli con carnie, I tell you something, saunas are a sweat free zone compared to going for a run then eaiting chilli!

Awrabest for Edinburgh, gastank. There's always a wee breeze in the capital. Trust me, I'm a nurse.

Go for it.

Not that i'm doing it to become a pirate mind.

I'm doing it to become an IronDog

IronSausage, surely?

Top name suggestion, SD

So, gastank, are you tearin' up the toon?  Been to the Pubic Triangle yet?

Sorry, of course, silly me - you'll be tucked up with your Ovaltine by now.

Have a good one tomorrow.

We're staying in the PT, interesting part of edinburgh glad we didn't bring families...

Looks like lots of places offering massage, that would be good for the legs after the race ?!?

T minus 3.5 hrs...
