I keep having a go on the C2 but I am not sure how to build on it if I am a pool of sweat after 15 mins!!

my turbo eats tyres too, I buy the cheap and nasty ones from giggle, this one has lasted a good 6 months. Don't do what my idiot OH did, he was merrily cycling away on the turbo. When he got off he said it seemed a lot harder work than last time. I went to have a look. No wonder it was bl**dy harder, the back wheel had been up against the wall, which now has a tyre shaped grove in the plaster!

Holiday in France next week, hoping to get a few lakeside runs in.  This week:

Monday: 25m bike, 4m brick run

Tues: 1 hour swim

Weds: 12m bike

Thurs: 1 hour swim

Still thrilled at how my swimming's coming along, at last.  800m this morning, the distance of my next tri, so my confidence is building.  See you all soon!

Sun stupid O'clock 14 mile run

Tue 4 mile run and quick 20 mins spin on bike to test new computer thingy.

Wed 7 mile run and 1 hour swim/drown

Thur 4 mile run

Need to do more swimming!

Good training.

Feeling bad about not doing much now.

Sorted out my training plan to start from September till December when the Fink 30 week plan will begin.

Mon - 2 - 3 hour bike

Tue - 1 - 2 hr run

Wed - 1 hr swim

Thur - 1 - 2 hr bike

Fri - Rest day

Sat - 5k run & 4 hour bike

Sun - 1hr swim

AM 
 - recvery swim, 1mile with tempo traine set at 1.16

LUNCH
 - Run with main set of hill reps

Tried to match Will's four in one session today:

Bike to gym (all 3 miles of it )
1 hour interval session on dreadmill
1 hour pool drill session
1 hour massage......does that count?

Plus my Garmin has finally gone to the big stadium in the sky......so guess I'll have to give up running now!!

not the one I was thinking off. I have been to Bala on quite a few occasions. Still not done any of the tri's though, as I am always support crew. I might have to have a bash at the  middle distance next year.

Good training folks

Back at physio today, have been well and truly pummeled and manipulated.  Ouch. He already knows I'm doing IM next year, and today I was discussing doing a half at some point before the main event.  He said not to put any pressure on myself as far as training goals go, and to get my hip and shoulder working properly first.
Out for half an hour on the bike tonight, and really wanted to go longer but I was a good girl and came home.
Chain is doing that bloody jumpy thing again (same as it was doing after the service at the LBS).  Will take it to not-quite-so-LBS next week. 

Right - off to do my core exercises!

Will how come your recovery swim is longer than my training swims 

Great stuff nurse, I do love the pain that physios do to you, must be a masochist. I am aching all over today, had a week of dipping sheep this week so have done no training, but I must get some credit for how stiff I am feeling now.
