Hi all ......... sorry I have been missing for a while

I went in for a Keyhole Hernia operation on 7th Aug, when I came too it wasnt a Hernia but a golf ball size lump & a 4inch scar errrrrrrr, its been sent away for testing and I have Hospital apointment 6th Sept (but no news is good news)

this week has been my first week back training & all feels good, just a little slow running

Mon  - 3:11 mile run / 20.9 bike
Tues - 27.7 bike
Weds - 6mile run
Thur - 1mile OW Swim
Fri  - 20.9 bike

I have the London Olympic Tri 23rd Sept & need to get my running legs back for that & Im waiting for the Outlaw to open so I can enter my first IM distance

hope you are all well

My short and uneventful tale of woe and general review of my triathlon is now on the vachery triathlon thread, please don't rush to read... Its boring

The summary, I swam and got stuck in my wettie, good bike, fell over on run injured finished in 1h28' - slow is an understatement
