Sold out in early December last year and they released a few more places to those on the waiting list.

I'll be suprised if it's not sold out not long into November this year.

Get in to a schedule you can maintain until December the whateverth. 2 x swim, 2 x run, 2 x bike. Then start to build a la Fink/Gordo/Friel. The weight will fall off towards the end anyhow.


Very very very jealous of you all. Outlaw FOMO .

annoyingly I don't actually eat badly as such just too damn much and too often and now it's a stupid habit meaning I eat without even thinking about it.

All I do know is that this Outlaw will be a hell of a lot easier with less of the lard to carry about

I hate to agree with Meldy ()  but Racing Weight is a good read!
